After an anxiety attack there’s many different precautions you can/should take to avoid one happening again. Going back to the same place as before from your previous anxiety attack may cause another one because it triggers the brain to think the same as it did before. You may end up having several anxiety attacks at somewhere convenient like your grocery store because of your first attack. Things like exposure therapy, cognitive therapy and better sleep can help lessen the amount of anxiety attacks you have. You can also try relaxation techniques and regular exercise to help.
